Zhengzhou Halnn Superhard Materials Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of ultra-hardened tools, and the leader of professional hard material processing tools in China and the first to research new cutting tools specific for gray cast iron, kinds of wear-resistant steel/cast steel, hardened steel materials.The predecessor of Halnn Superhard Material Co.,Ltd is Henan Superhard Material Institute which is the earliest to make research on processing the brittle and hard materials with cubic boron nitride tools and High-Grade Diamond Tools. As the pioneer of Industry tools in China, Halnn adhere to the initial business philosophy of "Not seeking large and complete, only insist high-precision and professional". With more than 10 years experience, Halnn has researched one by one new materials grade, new technology and become the most famous cutting tools brand in superhard cutting tools industry.Halnn Main Products include 4 series: Solid CBN Inserts, PCBN inserts, Brazed PCBN Inserts and PCD Cutters. These Products mainly used Materials include Gray Cast Iron, Powder Metallurgy Materials, Harded Steel, High Speed Steel, Superalloy Alloy and other difficult to process materials. Company HistoryIn 2002, Halnn Super Hard Research Institute was established, CBN Inserts and high-grade diamond as the main research direction. We have 2 PhD, 3 professors, 5 associate professors, 12 R&D Doctor and master, own cubic pressing machine and laser thermal conductivity meter and other large-scale equipment with a total value of more than 18 million CNY. At the end of 2003, BN-K1 Solid CBN Inserts which used for machining high chromium white cast iron and chilled cast iron was launched. In 2004, BN-H10 PCBN Inserts which used for hard turning harden steel was launched and has been the leading position in Chinese PCBN Inserts area. In 2005, BN-S20 Solid CBN Insert specific for interrupted turning hardened steel was promoted, break the myth that CBN Inserts couldn’t be used for heavy interrupted turning hardened steel with large working allowance. In 2007, BN-S30 solid CBN inserts specific to rough machining gray cast iron was promoted, make it possible to high speed cutting gray cast iron with China CBN Inserts. In 2009, Specific for mechanical processing industry characteristics, Halnn launched PCBN Inserts Grade BN-K20 and BN-H20. In 2010, the first 1.7 carats Blue GEM grade diamond in China was developed by Halnn. So far, Halnn superhard have won 25 national patents. In 2011, Halnn Superhard was awarded one of the best companies in cutting tools industry in China. In 2016, Halnn launched new solid CBN Inserts Grade BNK30, which can be used both roughing and finishing process. -

Zhengzhou Halnn Superhard materials Co., Ltd build long-term and close relationship with Henan Superhard Materials Institute, Zhengzhou University Institute of Materials Science, Henan Industry University Institute of Materials Science, Henan University of Science and Technology, Zhengzhou abrasive grinding technology (three grinding), Zhengzhou Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Henan Geological Survey. Halnn Superhard pay close attention to the market demand and industry technology trends at home and abroad, and continue to introduce advanced technology, information, equipment and personnel, combine with their own advantages, unity and progress, innovation. We always adhere to a road of a long-term independent research and development.
